Job Summary:
We are seeking a mid-level VMware Project Manager to oversee virtualization projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience leading VMware infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and track VMware virtualization projects from initiation to completion.​
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including charters, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management.​
  • Work with resource managers, technical staff, and business stakeholders to orchestrate project delivery.​
  • Define and manage overall project risks, taking corrective action to mitigate risks and prevent issues.​
  • Provide clear and timely communication regarding project status, schedule, budget, and risks to stakeholders.​
  • Follow project management methodologies and ensure adherence to defined processes.​
  • Drive continuous improvement of project processes and templates.​

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably with VMware projects.​
  • Experience leading virtualization or infrastructure projects.​
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules.​
  • PMP or Agile/SCRUM certification preferred.​
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.​
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
